Popular Ghanaian actor, John Dumelo, has vowed to trek from Accra to Ghana if Nigeria defeats Ghana in the World Cup qualifiers match. Dumelo made the declaration in a post via his verified Twitter page on March 25 while noting tht he would walk barefoot. The Delta State Police Command got a hold of a woman who assaulted her 12-year-old niece, Igho, for allegedly stealing Garri and fish. According to reports, the incident occured at their shared family compound in Isiokolo, Ethiope East council area of the state on Saturday, 19th of March. It’s reported that the assaulter, one Mercy Oba noticed her garri and fish were tampered with and angrily walked into the young girl’s room, picked the food items and pounced on her. The cries from Igho were said to have attracted her blind mother who pleaded with her sister to stop the beatings. Despite pleas from Igho’s mother, Mercy went further to put pepper and insert a stick into the girl’s vagina which damaged her hymen. A PHCN official visited a community to disconnect their electricity and almost sustained life-threatening injuries in the process.  Though he was doing his work as instructed, residents of the area challenged him as he was about dislodging the overhead cable. A video which is making the rounds online, shows the moment the PHCN official had climbed a ladder and was in the process of disconnecting the wire when some young men came and lamented that that there was no light in the  community in the first instance. A woman who tied the knot a week ago in Zamfara State, Aisha Dannupuwa, has begged Sharia court in Samaru, Gusau Local Government of the State to dissolve their marriage owing to horrible sexual experience. Aisha Dannupuwa noted that her first sexual intercourse with the husband was horrible due to the size of his penis. “When he came, we had s ex, but the experience was a nightmare. Instead of enjoying the sex, it turned out to be something else because his penis was too big. “Two days later, when he came to visit me, we had sex again, but the experience was too much to bear. It was then I knew that I could not continue with the marriage because of the size of his penis,” she added. She said her mother advised her to endure the pain, stating that she would get use to it. The husband, however, accepted the wife’s decision and agreed that the one-week-old marriage be dissolved.
